RETURN POLICY

Due to the personal-care and cosmetic nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 72 hours of confirmed delivery using our Contact Us form. Please include:

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Requests submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible for review. Approved resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis and may include replacement or store credit at our discretion.
